Alfa Laval acquired Swedish dehumidifier manufacturer Munters

     According to foreign reports, the largest heat exchanger manufacturer of Sweden Alfa Laval (Alfa Laval) company proposed to 50.300 million Swedish kronor (6.$9.8 billion) to acquire Swedish company Munters, adding the food and energy industry dehumidifier manufacturing unit to its existing business。
   Alfa Laval said in a statement today that it had made a cash offer of 68 Swedish crowns per Munters share, about 30 per cent higher than the closing price of Munters shares on Friday。
   Alfa Laval plans to promote the sale of dehumidifiers and other climate control devices in South America, Eastern Europe and Asia。Munters will generate sales of 3.8 billion Swiss crowns for Alfa Laval, which currently has a turnover of 26 billion Swiss crowns。
   Munters' two largest shareholders, Industrivaerden and Investment AB Latour, hold a combined 29.6% stake, has now accepted a takeover offer from Alfa Laval。
